250g Marscarpone cheese (fr Cold Storage)
250g Thick cream (Can substitue wif thicken cream)
2 packs of Sponge fingers (sponge fingers work better but can substitue wif Lady's fingers)
2 cups of cooled Black coffee (no sugar nor milk added)
1/2 cup baileys or kahlua or fruit liquer
unsweetened cocoa powder
1) Whip Marscarpone cheese & thick cream together till no more lumps.
2) Mix cooled coffee wif liquer of yr choice
3) Line rectangular cake tin wif cheese & cream mixture,
4) Dip sponge fingers into coffee mixture & line ontop of cheese mixture
Repeat steps 3 & 4 till ingredients are all used up.
5) Put the cake into the fridge overnite (at least 18hours).
6) Overturn cake onto a plate & dust wif cocoa powder. Serve.
