I went for the refresher course. The instructor says if suay suay beat the light and kanna flash. Can immediately ebrake and stop in the middle of the road. He says as long as the second picture dun shows the vehicle cross the junction completely TP cannot awards the 12 points but a lesser charge. And if in the even they do award the 12 points we can challenge them see photo. In order for the TP to award 12 points the whole vehicle must cross the junction. Dunno wu cannon bo...Lol

i think quite a few cameras there... like 3 or 4? i got a warning one time driving through there at 90kmph.. luckily just warning

Dunno wu cannon bo...Lol Which instructor said that I would like to see him.? the rear wheels of my car just crossed the line without even going to the middle part of cross juction,appealled still no give chance 12 pts n $200. TP definition of beating traffic light is:as long as the rear wheels crossed the white horizitonall line considered beat traffic.

Dun listen to those instructor lah..they kenna red light before or not.. Limpek tio few times liao also tiam tiam, smlj instructor. Amber light can still go, red light still chiong, kenna snap lor. If want to see photos, the officer said, under de laws, to view an offence TP cam photo, you must get lawyer or get ready to pay bigger fine, because PHOTOs are TP property, not yours. Some show it to you is just to stop your argument only. Every cams on the road are calibrated differently due to junction length, space, and location. Once red light is on, it will trigger the camera, object passing by will trigger a snap from the camera on a wide angle view that is adjusted by individual TP personnel, so that is why some junction, you get snap but no letter..understand bo!!!

If you see an old man riding an ebike after midnight at the junction of victoria st and rochor road, purposely beating the red light to get flashed and then gostan wait for red light before beating the red light just to get the TP camera to flash again - its me lah!! I like to see disco light at bugis junction.

Since kenna snapped, there is nothing much can be done, just train yourself to look poor, pathetic and think of a plan so that when letter come, you appeal, then on appeal date, you go now office, act poor. Very simple only,...like me, Wear old slipper, big old trouser, abit torn off old shirt, messy hair, no jewelleries and watches, no hp and look poorly literate (low education) but still got good manner. First is greet, bow and apologise, Second, admit the offence and ask for leniency by saying house got 3 young kids, one housewife, 2 old parents, one with diabetics, another with prostate cancer, one old grandfather bed ridden...or said whatever sad thing you can think of. Third, said no money, need drive to feed many mouths..ownself also got high blood, hypertension, high cholesterol ..every other high stuff. Mostly, the officer will give chance, then later when you out of TP office, change to Armani shirt, Uniqlo pants, rolex watch, iphone 8 and so on...

You better dont smile in front of TP officer if he give chance. Wait see your gold teeth, will tell u go pawnshop and ask for money to settle. You tell him home got many hungry mouths. Wait TP obeser tell u his boss aka PAP is more hungry than you and got 100,000 hungry families to feed.

bowah, sure bo? Officer press a few keys on his computer and your whole family history from kindergarten will show up. Then kena even worse for lying to investigating officer. Got summon just go AXS machine and pay. So free to go to ask for discount, the time you spend can earn extra.

Sure lah, but dun lie on the nos of family member, I really got 2 parents mah, but all seibei healthy, they can check your family, but mostly out of date one lah, when you last time go change your family particular at TP, that is when you get yr licence or taxi licence only... as for health, it confidential, they will not know. The idea is not about making a statement, yes, I agree if you make a statement (black and white and saved), or declare your demerit points, you better dun lie, but now is begging for leniency mah, it is about individual livinghood and poor family mah, then see if the officer tolong you or not? Dun tell me you kenna summon, just go and pay,,,,at least make an effort to appeal and wait lor, then when time come, do your best acting skill, afterall, life is a movie

Once they let you go, you save a lot including the points leh, and even worst to worst, can reduce the fine and points deduction mah, like $200 +12 points, to $100+6 points, worth the trip.

Singapore TP will give chance and discount, but will not take bribe one hor, they are trained to give judgement base on case by case basis and are empowered to make decision. -
Once at paya lebar TP station appealing Uncle, you very daring hor, can drive at 116km/hr at airport boulevard hor, you know many accident happened because of speed, do you know that stretch is only a 60km/h limit.
