  Yes, i carried a camera up to the top. well, i went up for the fun of it, not for competition(though i came in top 100 men opens). It was a nice workout.
  
  Ur friend must be pretty good for doing that in his 50s.... I bet he is going to do Standard Chartered Marathon later in Dec as well.

  it is just 10+mins of running up. Unless u really chiong with 90-100% of your effort from start, lactic acid should not tired yourself up.
  
  After reaching to the top, i still thinking of whether can do another run or not...paisei lah...taking it abit easy....haha....
  
  Lactic acid.... run slower or with better body condition should be sufficient not to tried it out too quickly.
  
  unless you are doing long distance, then proper makan + stretching will be an essential.
