  hiya all! been vegetating the whole day - for some odd reason, i feel washed out and listless. i think it's the combo of saturday's run, sunday's training and deep tissue massage.

  i just re-started...so taking it really slow and easy. it's about 2-3 times and it's all under 10km-ish. i get bored after an hour.
