Hmmm... perhaps Singaporeans can learn a lesson or two from the jaguar about increasing the country's fertility rate.

The anaconda is better
The female release some kind of scent and the males follow her and she will mate with all of them for a month before she decides whose sperm to use to fertilize her eggs before giving birth the her babies live 6 mths later

They've decided to shift e KTM station to Woodlands by Jul 2011.
1) We've to provide bus linkage to Woodlands Ctr tat train station.
2) Bt Timah railway station and railway track would be returned to S'pore govt.
3) 3 parcel of land in Bt Timah, Tg Pagar, Woodlands & Kranji would be developed under M - S Pte Ltd (60% M'sia, 40% S'pore).
If they decide for land swap, S'pore govt willing to give Marina Bay, Rochor in dollar for dollar value swap.
4) They agreed for MRT link to JB by 2018.
5) 8 more cross border bus svs. Incl Changi Airport, Boon Lay, Yishun & 2 IR.
6) Water agreement would be left to lapse (1st one).

8 new bus svs to be introduced ma. To help SBS's 160 & 170 congestion.They're to 2 IRs, Boon Lay, Yishun, Newton & our Airport.
But I guess w/ the KTM train shifting to Woodlands Ctr, those bus travellers from CBD are forced to take 170 to Woodlands Ctr being e only bus. MRT would be too packed for their baggage.

Tat Tg Pagar Railway passenger terminal building has been decided to be preserved.
Malaysians are shocked to realise how much tat parcel of land is worth in RM.
To us, expensive land is into our mind. But to them it isn't.

Yeah, I read about that deal. I wonder what the land is going to be used for after the move.

we shall seenow they say scrap subsidy by 5 yrs. See end up got scrap or not.
Public tpt not even developed aft talking for 3 yrs. Only hear JB is going for bus rapid transit or BRT.

Can the KTM tracks be used to expand the MRT route network? The tracks gauge is identical, isn't it? It'll just need to be electrified.

Actually govt can redevelop Woodlands Rd those industrial plot also.Think cos of the tracks they just left it like e 1980s Singapore type.
