  summary of wat Najib & LHL agreed on today.

  1) KTM will shift ops to Woodlands Centre by July 2011. Tg Pagar railway station and e railway tracks en-route would be redeveloped.

  2) A company called M-S Pte Ltd would be set up under 60% Malaysia, 40% Singapore stakeholding. They would oversee the redevelopment of e land parcel of KTM land at Tg Pagar, Kranji & Woodlands, 3 parcel of land at Bt Timah.

  They could also do a land swap as Singapore has agreed to give up 1 plot of land at Marina Bay for the JV.

  3) Singapore will ensure there's adequate bus services to compensate for the railway shift.

  4) 8 new bus svs (4 provided by M'sia, 4 by Singapore) into JB. Confirmed sites in Singapore are Changi Airport, Boon Lay, Yishun, Newton, 2 IRs.

  5) Tg Pagar & Bt Timah Railway station facade would be preserved.

  6) Singapore would handover the Skudai waterworks in good condition when e 1st water agreement expires next year. It'll not be renewed.

  7) 2nd Link road toll would reduce.

  He recently said of Sime Darby's trouble. 'bail them out'.

  Really lor, now M'sia no more bargaining chip against us. Water we not going to renew le.

  oh yeah. CQYD MIS one is same cost price as Myojo e Tang mian range le. If not wrong 5c cheaper than Maggi per pack.

  But because of margin issue, selling price of Maggi ends up lower than Myojo.

  Just 7 yrs ago, Maggi is cheaper than Myojo by whopping 30c.

  Used to be Singapore relying on M'sia to survive - food, water. But after Nipah virus and water self sufficiency as well as Singapore's rich resources, sekali now M'sia might need Singapore's help or expertise more.

  He even mentioned abt IR making JB nightspot no biz.

  He laments when they're still talking abt KPI, corruption, Singapore is alrdy way ahead. -_-

  If it's e commentary, it's mentioning in a way how Singapore is far ahead and possibly unthinkable tat M'sia one day might need Singapore's help for expertise.

  It's Dr M tat might start kpkb over e KTM agreement.
