the old one was stuck at "rinse" mode
water would keep draining and refilling... at the same time.
we wasted a whole lot of water with that
and we changed to a front loading one just to try out... supposedly to use less water than a top loading one

That impression of Indian movies has stuck with me ever since.
I'm currently in Tokyo. Came up this morning to attend the Tokyo Anime Fair 2010 and will be spending the night here; tomorrow, I'm hitting Akihabara for most of the day, then taking the Shinkansen back to Osaka in the afternoon or early evening. I've put up a few more images in the SO thread, in case you're interested.
awww....will start to make a saving piggy bank to save up for the next Japan trip...

Instead of getting rid of it, you could have used it as a backup dishwasher.

Cool and pleasant with lots of sunshine. It was about 6°C today.
Forecast calls for rain tomorrow, though.

Good Morning..
at a supermarket this morning with mom, wanted to get something.
the stuff is stacked at a corner which require me to go thru a narrow lane (with foodstuff at both sides).. this grocery bag left unattended, so i glide pass it.. lift my right leg up a bit to avod it.. the chow old lady scream : u jump pass my food..
she purposely block the lane and everybody see i did not jump over hor..
she acted upset and wanted to confront me and i told her "serve u right!"
there are instances of old auntie purposely left grocery bags aside to find fault with pple so she can claim the money she spent on the food while using her age as an advantage..
i left her cursing there and went to cashiers. the cashiers gave me the smiles .. a eye=roll hint..
all staff din evne bother her and she left .. i wanted to follow her to see what she trying to do next, so as to catch her red-handed again.. but mom with me, i cant follow :(
i will go back there on next saturday and hunt for her!!

How about fat aunties who like to walk in the centre of the lane and take their own sweet time to walk
Sometimes I wish to bang them from behind
The old lady is trying to be funny with pple. i notice the cashiers and staff ignore her especially the staff gave me the hint to ignore her.. :)
anyway, if she feels so "cursed" that she thinks her bag being "walked over", she can be miserable till the end of her life then... i shall be everytime i see her, i shall glide pass her grocery bag every sat morning if she remains so inconsiderate leaving bags all over the place and block everyone from walking around the supermarket!.. she heartpain, i happy!
