we just took in a small pupsie found in the park ........
patches is being confined to her backyard compound least she turns the pupsie into a chew toy while we figure out what to do with the pooch ....

Just got back from jogging.
Was gonna do 21 clicks today and rest tomorrow..... but I decided to just do 12 clicks on both today and tomorrow morning.
The way I see it.... I end up with more mileage, and I lower the risk of further injury.
