Amazing concert, great conducting by Arnie Roth. Nobuo Uematsu was present as well. 16 beautiful pieces were played as written in the programme with 2 extra pieces. An encore along with Nobuo joining the choir for the ending song. What a way to premiere in Singapore for the Arts Festival.
We then proceeded on to Xin Wang for late dinner. To eat stuff that would somehow later torment the critter.

I'm still totally stoked that I got to watch this in Singapore! Our SSO did a great job, and the esplanade concert hall is a marvellous venue.

Just downloaded Swing de Chocobo.
Actually, I'll go look for it, apparently there's a CD out already, since this concert started in 2007. A must have.

to zanarkand is just a nice and sad song..always make me emo whenever i hear it..
disappointed that aerith theme didnt include her dying and cloud holding her body from the pond..that scene is epic.

Yah lah, but nevermind lah, I wasn't expecting much, but we got more than what we bargained for.

this concert is awesome!! although didn't sit with u all haha.. hope they come here again next year.. waiting for them to compose the FFVII : Genova and the other name i forgot tat they are currently polling in the website..
