Well their idea of leadership is a flawed one in the first place. They pick the ones who come out on top in university after years of academic streaming.

does anyone know how to make Powerpoint stop cutting the word into two so that the whole word drops to the next line instead of having like "ch" on one line and "eck" on the other line when i want to type in "check" ?

They're not just lacking in experience, but also soft "people" skills. In school and NS they're grouped with only their own kind, and usually that's who they interact with almost exclusively.

Let's just say I got backstabbed and lied to. And that's the end of EHJ again.
We'll reform under a new name, or move to another guild. I just want to enjoy WoW, than have my time given to these people who'll just step all over you once they're done.

And they will all be clustered as a group later on in life as well. While honest, good people are below them and can't make the changes to better the place.
