i only remember my folks stocking up on giant prawns and fish about 4 weeks before CNY for the reunion dinner. that's probably the longest we ever kept food in the freezer.

Actually hor in this case it is actually better to buy IQF giant prawns....Coz it's flash frozen from the source and handled nicely till the selling point
Instead of buying fresh to freeze

i like frozen food.. coz i know it's flash frozen and is heaps fresher than the stuff we get "fresh"

IQF = Individually Quick FrozenIt means that the stuff are frozen seperatedly so you don't get a lump of food frozen together

later he get me to fill up some particulars, want to know where i get my inspiration from... then on the way out he said that "we'll get back to you"
all the while he keeps asking me, what do i want out of all this.
