You know, Malaysian Chinese settle very happily here.
Why, even the Malaysian and Singaporean Muslims are making their presence felt here.
I remember reading somewhere that malaysian chinese overseas now outnumber the malaysian chinese in malaysia ....

There are! And according to one of my Aussie friends who looks Chinese but who has mixed blood so mixed that it's hard to tell what race she truly is, Malaysians seem to settle here much better than Singaporeans because Singaporeans love to compare and complain whereas Malaysians are more than happy to be here! I have to admit it's true! Everytime I host Singaporeans' visits here or whenever I help Singaporeans settle in, it's always non-stop complaints and comparisons! Can't be helped - Singapore IS technologically more advanced, services more efficient and infrastructure is better organised. So when we come over and note the drastic difference, we end up whingeing!
so fatum, did you ever find the missing bak kwa?
Today, when I sat for my IELTS test AGAIN, there were sooooo many PRC's enrolled for the same test!
The topic for this round's essay was pretty interesting and required a multi-pronged approach : "It is neither possible nor useful for a country to provide university education for a large proportion of its youth".
Y'know, the more I think about it, the more I feel I won't be able to meet my good score the first time round. I think I'll fall short this time round, especially since I couldn't write fast enough.
