  2 pounds thick cut bacon

  1 jar of your favorite barbeque sauce
  1 jar of your favorite barbeque rub
  

  

  Create a 5x5 bacon weave.. get it as tight as you can

   

  

  add barbeque seasoning

   

  
  

  add loose sausage about the same thickness as the bacon...

  
  

  add fried bacon (resist temptation to eat the bacon)

  add more barbeque seasoning...

  
  

  roll the sausage gently into a roll, careful to pinch the ends to seal in the bacon goodness...

   

  
  

  once the sausage roll is secure, roll up the bacon weave... sprinkle more barbeque seasoning.

   

  

  over about 165 degrees, 1 hour for every inch diameter.. slowly cook the log...

  
  

  there.. almost all done... after about 2 1/2 hours..

  
  

  Slather barbeque sauce on it...

  
  

  Slice it up, eat and have a heart attack with a smile on your face

   

  

   

  ZOMG! BAAACOOOONN!!!

  Everyone in the office is eating an icecream at the moment.  It's a hot day here today... 37 deg!!!  Tomorrow will be 39 deg.  This is the hottest day in this summer.

  heehee. when the weather was that hot in toronto, i whined and complained to my aunt every second/minute i wasn't in some place with a/c.

  and the moment i got into the house, i will disappear down the basement if the a/c is not on. and then i'll have ice cream for dinner =P heehee.

  thank goodness my mom wasn't around...

  But I decided to wear my flip flop to work instead of my usual runners.  Was so tempted to wear shorts....

  At least we are in the office... nice and cool.  I am not looking forward to getting out of the building to go home.  It's going to be toasting hot like an oven....

  at least they have a/c in your office. remembered some of the older buildings in the tiny town i was studying in UK had zilch a/c. plus the subway in london during summer was an oven!

  I am going in 30min....  Yes, probably cooking dinner tonight.  Not sure what to cook yet.... it's such a hot day.  I made vanilla panna cotta last night so we will definitely be having that with blueberries for dessert tonight. 

  Also, we are going to the movies tonight.....
