Nope. Over here, quite sian. Most shops close on Christmas Day. Even most restaurants close! It's like a ghost town in my neighbourhood!!

it's like that in most western countries, worse in smaller towns - even the public transport is minimal.

Oh yeah... I remember now... I stayed home cause the weather was bloody hot and I've been out in the hot sun for a few days prior and I was worn out plus the tram timetable had been modified and usually, from past experience, on festive seasons, they don't stick to the timetable and they are actually late most of the time. Plus the trams were darn crowded cause it was free on that day.

I was thankful I went for a drive and dinner with my friend cause when we drove past a tram, it was jam-packed.

I won't post anything at the "reads" thread, because I'm still stuck at the same book after 2 months....

And I read another halfway before deciding to switch to the current one to gain a better understanding first....

Last night, I at least got my 'best' sleep in donkey yonkers!!! I got so sick and frustrated with my CPAP machine, I couldn't bring myself to go anywhere near it last night, so I decided to use the dental splint dear Honeymousey specially ordered for me and voila! ... managed to sleep, waking up only twice!
