Now I need to ask them can squeeze 13 to a table or not.... at least got ppl not coming liao so I cancelled 1 table and I don't think they can add a table now coz yesterday they were happy I cancelled one table coz they were getting lots of reservations :x

if you get me a big fat goose, and a vat big enough to braise it in, i can make braised goose too..
same technique as braised duck.. just marinade longer.. maybe for a week.. then cook longer, maybe for about 3 to 4 hours...

That day I asked MPB to taste where did he go wrong with your braised duck recipe.Coz his always turns out too salty
He said he thinks there is salt in the spices he bought :x
