Ok guys this Saturday Shark Head dinner is at 7pm now
We have to pre-order the pigs
1 suckling pig is 160 bucks hor
There are 11 or 12 of us to share. Pls adv how many pigs you want
Shark head is 28 bucks per KG
Crab is 38 per KG but they adv it's large crabs
Other things they recommand is Hier Chor and Seafood roll
They say best to give them a pre-order menu if we don't want to wait for the food coz they are like almost full on reservations and if we order there the waiting time is at least an hour

so how big is the pig ? .... or is it really one of those tiny piglets ?
say one piglet, the shark's by pieces right ? how big would the shark's head be ?
a big crab would be 1.5 kilos liao, so get about 4 ?

even if 10 share 1 suckling pig.. tat's quite a lot leh o.O not forgetting thr's shark head and crabs...

that's why I want to know how big's the pig ... it may turn out to be one of those tiny piglets that a person can finish in one sitting ... (how cool, to be able to say, I ate an entire pig
)anyways, is the piglet there special ? ... if not I'd rather spend money on more crabs and maybe a steamed fish instead ....

Anyway the piglet is the highlight asit is charcoal grilled there and then from scratch

a better choice would be slightly smaller crabs ... about 1 kilo each, the meat's sweeter ....
the humogous ones look good on the plate but doesn't taste as good.

We can add on more orders that day but at least we have some food and no need to wait like siao
