It's about some dude who was smuggling drugs into Barbados, got caught, and rotted in prison there for a few years as a result.

Be My Baby: The Road to Fatherhood by Neil Humphreys...all about his and his wife's experiences and thoughts during the latter's first pregnancy, and how they bumbled around and coped alone in Oz.
It's executed with his familiar sense of self-deprecation and irony.
