problem w/ atopic eczema is tat it cannot be cured, wat can be done is to prevent or control it from flaring
it's different from contact eczema

You're using Hydrocorstisone (can't spell) 1% right?
I always use that for my eczema and I think the ego brand one is better

It's best getting a shower wash than a bar soap as it can still dry your skin.
That's the problem with Singapore.... it's humid. You can't sit in the sun without getting sweaty.
I have skin problem too and I have been undergoing some UV therapy for the past 8 months. It does help to control my rash.
Not sure if you can get any of these products in Singapore.... anyway have a look...

If you can get it, you can try use the QV flare up bath oil. Please make sure you follow the instruction.
I find applying bath oil (just the normal one, not the flare up bath oil) after you have a shower helps too. Avoid having a long hot shower.....
psst.. fatum...
beer is vegetarian...
beer = grain, hops, yeast and water

I factored that in when I made the commitment ...... I don't make such a drastic move without thinking ahead ... v
