  Part of me is glad that I can start eating normally again tomorrow....

  But a part of me is also gonna miss the fasting month as well.... it's like a good friend that comes around once a year....

  How strong is the steroid cream?  You will need to use something like QV or soapfree soap.

  If you can, go and sit in the park in the sun for a while.....  you will be surprise how much the sun helps.

  i have bought from Sri Lanka spice garden a cream make from aloa vera. They promise it call heal eczenma. mrs seveneleven is suffering from acute atopic ecennma for years. she's applying something else and doesn't wnat to try the cream. If you want, I can let you have it.

  as for sunlight, dun think so.. my atopic eczema would worsen if I sweat
