  actually....I think my upstairs neighbour might be forced to sell soon.....hopefully before he kills his whole family (long story). I'll keep a lookout.

  the guy is nuts, he recently lost his job, and because he's nuts he's not very employable, and he quarrels with and beats his wife and daughter on a regular basis. this has been going on for years.
