i think i just put the scare on the people who keep thinking about running an advertisement campaign for my organisation to advertise our e-services...
i wrote to AsiaOne and asked for their rates to put a banner in their websites.. and then i did a calculation...
it'll cost us $115,000 a month (recurring cost) and about $5,000 to design the damned series of banners
and.. that's only ONE of the methods...

Ok la if I buy a Brand new tank with a sump tank likely I will spend $ 2000 - $2400

anyway, lots of flip-flopping around in the senior management... things and i don't blame a few of them for doing it since situations change.. i blame the semi-sentient idiots who, with backup from big guns, keep pushing us to do things which we know is idiotic...

that is a lot of money...imagine how many poor families needed that money to survive....izzit that other methods...like seeking SPH to be co-sponsor..as a publicity stunt...may E CITIZEN DAY...

Thing is i wonder what publicity they need in the first place. If it's some important information, they can do it via official channels. If it's branding for the org, why do they even need to do it..... -
