SMRT actually targets ALL their trains to be squeezed. that means they are maximising profit. near empty trains means not utilising resources efficently. so they adjust timing until all their trains are packed.

i took a bus the other day to go for my accursed course...
wtf is going on when i can't even fit into the seat, and i can't stand up because the blasted ceiling is about 1.7m clearance only.. luckily it was only a few stops else i'd be crippled with my back condition...
