it's not that long. i've done 1 hr on the cross trainer and another 1 on the bike/run. it's just that these past 3 days, i'm getting cramps on my calves -

believe VW also got the boot last year. i still cannot fathom the "rationale" for setting up the company in the first place...apart from "we can also do it". yeah, can do it...at a huge loss of $ -
