got to confirm with me the number of knuckles before hand, at least 24 hours in advance, cos it takes that long to prepare them (that's why they are so good) ....

they have a very wide variety of beer there ....
I would recommend against getting a big one unless you think yourself to be of makando caliber .... cos it's really a lot of pig ...

so des neh. there is a place at the basement of united square which serves good pork knuckles too. and they have a huge range of german beers. nice place with a pretty good live band playing oldies and a reasonably nice n cool outdoors seating area.
