  i also had pork knuckle last nite. old plc in katong but super good. dam crispy skin n everything inside was melt in yr mouth. meat, fats, tendons... Oooooo...

  i also liked their local dip. mix of light soy sauce, vinegar n chilli padi. kicking in all directions
