Doesn't mean one is diabetics then cannot take starch or carbo..
They can still take.. but take in moderation. One small bowl of rice .. things like that..

Not say cannot but best to take less.. If take rice add some brown rice is better. Atkins diet is not good because it will cause gout if you overindulge on the protein.
