  Its best not to drink beer if you have diabetics..

  However, a bit of pork knuckle is fine.. Just cut out all the fats from the knuckle!

  That's why I say can eat, but cut the fats away first..

  eating the meat and the skin is okay..

  If share the pork knuckle, eat a bit is the best la..

  Just take in moderation!!

  High cholesterol better not to eat fatty stuff and even if you do eat in moderation.. Diabetes should avoid carbs as much as possible. Instead of potato or rice mabbe can take brown rice mixed with normal rice and take spagthetti instead of potato.

  hmmz diabetes cannot take starch/carbo => atkins diet

  but too much meat bad for cholestrol.... looks like it's grass eating ftw
