I would suggest that you take breakfast instead of lunch because due the 16 hour time gap between dinner to lunch, you need breakfast to boost your metabolic rate.

9:30am - breakfast of sorts: braised duck noodles with teh-o
1pm - lunch: shilin mee sua and 1 curry puff with chrysanthemum tea
7:45pm - dinner: rice, some chicken, tang hoon soup with 3 fishballs

12:05pm - lunch: some rice, emperor herbal chicken, lotus root soup, salted egg/minced meat, salted vegetable, cabbage (all shared) and 1 iced teh-o
7pm - dinner: some rice, a little bit of pork in dark sauce/fermented bean/ginger, stirfried cauliflower and a kiwifruit
12.03 pm.
Cock meat sandwhich.
I think I need a diet too.
