hanor, jur....mai lim too much. i went for my physical and loctor found cysts. first thing she asked "do u consume soya milk?" she asked me to stop drinking it.

maybe you shouldn't have done that! maybe just try to up the fitness level or increase the walks, get the heart beat going a bit...

My case slightly differ a bit... i use to be able to clear marathon, long distance cycling and play basketball the whole day. I do have some basic endurance last time.... mind you, basic, not good ah!
I am not sure how come added weight, but probably is water or some stubborn fats that got back. Might have to start a calorie count first and figure out what to do next.
Anyway my PT now is whacking my arms, hard. As he says my whole body is ok, except that the arms are under developed. Without stronger arms muscle, it will be difficult to carry on the routine as my arms are needed in order to work the major muscle groups.
Anyway Bear, can you do yoga or pilates? And may I suggest you to take a peek Aikido?
