U can be intelligent but not street smart
U can be street smart and yet not flighty
Responsible as in being responsible for their own self. No need me go wipe their backside or get them out of trouble. Mutual responsibility is different

My sister, the one with blood links to me is requesting for someone to go rough it out with her for 2 nights at USA, somewhere maybe san diego or seattle.
