I don't know what's worse.... Raymond Lim being way out of touch with reality, or him unknowingly admitting that ERP has failed in its principle objectives.

transport fare, I just want them to be finanically viable and not making losses... Actually it seems SMRT is not affected, it's still posting growth compared to -ve growth by SBS
but i do mean quality service as well.

neither is it level playing when SBS has invested $$$ for depot for parking & maintenance/ overhaul & in house assembly

in Hong Kong, the operators decide, govt makes no capso recently bus fares in HK up like 10% though operators added more interchange scheme (something like our transfer rebate but thing is, only certain linkage)
