It's easy to think that it's just a few more months and she would have gotten an 'A' levels cert, so might as well hang in there and then enroll in Nursing School after that.
However, we don't know what's really on her mind. Maybe, she really tak boleh tahan JC life and is at breaking point liao?
I'd love to advise her to at least get 'A' levels because afterall, Nursing School starts after the exams, but ah well, I don't want to push her over the edge if she is, indeed, standing at the precipice!

Which reminds me.....I watched the clouds form at S China Sea which then dumped its contents here.

Har? I didn't read the article but after finishing the dip, she should be a registered nurse.

Well, an Enrolled Nurse is below a Registered Nurse, so there is a huge difference.
Is it just me or are male nurses not as common here as they are elsewhere in the developed world?

not common at all..
still hamstrung by the "traditional mindset" that nurses are ladies

Male nurses ARE a rarity in Singapore.
And most of them train, serve their bond, and then migrate!

Sad but there appears to be a stigma attached to males who express desire to go into nursing here.
Because it is uncommon.....it becomes strange or wierd to others.
