Howard The Duck = coma-inducing.. rated as one of the worst movies ever made..
i have Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.. somewhere in the house..
want to watch - Machine Girl
I'm also waiting for 10,000 BC
I used to watch midnight movies so I was very up-to-date.
And then I watched movies during off-peak periods, but was still pretty up-to-date.
Since I moved to Australia, I think I've only been to the cinema thrice. Travelling takes up plenty of time here, and cinema tickets sometimes cost more than the cost of an original DVD on sale. So I'd rather just wait for the DVD sales, and watch the movies in the comfort of my home.
There are tons of movies I wanna watch. I can't even remember some of the titles, but here goes :
- Little Miss Sunshine
- Lantana
- Wolf Creek
- Ocean's 13
- that new movie starting with 'A', starring Kiera Knightley
- 300
- Wanna re-watch Clash of the Titans, an old classic
- Trainspotting
I'm considering buying that Tetsuo's horror movies that Bear mentioned before - Iron Man & Body Hammer. They are now available in one set costing A$33.99 and I'm thinking... thinking...
Oh! Forgot to mention that I'm constantly on the lookout for Asian horror movies! Watched too many liao, cannot remember the titles anymore!
Add to my list :
- Black Sheep
- Wind Chill
- Premonition, not the Japanese one, watched that one already, but the Hollywood one.
- What's the title of that office politics movie that Bear and AV were recommending some time back?
- Turistas
- Living Death
- The Abandoned
- Broken
- That Angelina Jolie movie where she acted as a journalist who was murdered. That role was originally supposed to go to Jennifer Anniston.
- Fast Food Nation
- Reeker
- Mortuary
- Stephen King's Desperation
- Sublime
- Eko Eko Azarak (The Dark Angel Trilogy), a Japanese horror trilogy.
Tetsuo - The Iron Man is good..
Tetsuo II - Bodyhammer isn't..
tell me if Machine Girl is out on DVD.. i don't think it'll ever make it here..
The kingdom is nice. Recommended.
any more shows to recommend to watch..?
i spent too much time on internet liao.. must read and watch movie more now....

Is there a Part 3? Waaah... must watch out for the DVD release here!
Watched Jumper with a young cute biker who was trying to use me as an excuse to dump his ex. (Note ex!)
He tells the ex g/f that he is out with a female biker(me).
I try to tell him to explain properly to her that its a auntie biker. But he ignores my request.
So next movie....I resolve to watch them myself instead of with any parties.
'Meet the Spartans' looks like its another movie spoofs & britney spoof.
And I have yet to see that Stephen Chow's new alien pet movie.
Wanna watch: Ah long pte ltd

Desperation, is it going to be distributed globally? Or just maybe local TV video?
I like some of his books, Desperation being one of them. Came across it in May 98, when I'm in brisbane.
How about Zatoichi (2003)? Good stuff, great story line, great fight scenes, and funny at the same time.
I'm looking forward to Leap Years! Haha
