juicy, you won't feel a thing.. they use lignocaine to numb the area first..
all you feel is this little pinprick as they inject it
afterwards, you won't feel anything

The first ever time i kena drew my blood is when i was small...
I kena some kind of very very high fever and didn't went to school for a long time...
Second time was in school because of my health (ok i was very fat at that time)...
and...
the feeling is...

although no pain...
but i just feel giddy and vomiting...
just imagine it i am scared liao...
such a thick needle poke into you and drain blood out of it...
that time the amount of blood they drain was very little nia...
then... the donation is...
hehe... so many ^^
i not scared of injection... but i scared draining of blood...
