first you need to put the picture in places like photobucket..
then after that, you need to get the url of the picture.. usually it looks like this:
http://www.photobucket.com/picture.jpg
then at both ends of the url, add [ img ] and [ /img ] without the spaces in the square brackets..
click on preview to check..
