tis mth is financial yr end.. i told my HR i CAN'T finish my billings and i'm NOT gog to stay back cos i'm just a NORMAL secretary... i can see him panicing liao -

Dang... I got suan-ed by a lab tech with an attitude.
Oh well... at least I managed to get the experiment done. I'll have to wait 24 hours for the results, though. So this means that I'll have to come back to school tomorrow.

I think some of my neighbours are loansharks
during the last en-bloc meeting, they suggested that the unit numbers of those who have not signed the CSA be made public and posted at every block to make it easy for them to go 'persuade' them to sign -

There's no such thing as 'seamless transfer' at the interchange stations. To switch from one line to another, you must exit the station and re-enter the station from another entrance.
Heck, when I was at one normal station, I found myself on the wrong side of the platform. To get to to the other side of the platform, I was forced to go down one level, exit the station, cross the road, buy another ticket, and enter the station from another entrance.
It almost made me appreciate SMRT. Almost. -

Barely a week after the first CSA attempt failed, the CB SC is now trying a chiong second time, before the new laws governing en-bloc come into effect
Does anyone have any idea when the new law is going to kick in? Now it seems its going to be next month but when exactly?
I am so fucking pissed off. If this kind of shit becomes an ongoing trend every 10 years or so I'm getting the fuck out of this country. Can you imagine if you're old, retired, fully paid for your nice home and you suay suay kena forced to move because of en-blocs and because you might not have much $$$ to top-up and buy homes at the newly inflated prices, that you're actually forced to downgrade!?
