cos if it does not help sorting out with your little boss (which he is playing "erh..dunno, u do, then u suffer" kindda attitude), go straight to your next BIGGER boss. trust me, he will "mellow" for a while one!...
and do put up a plan or proposal/suggestion to your BIGGER boss and see if she accept it.. it may work for u leh..
