Port rotation: Shanghai -> Yantian -> Hong Kong -> PSA/ Singapore -> Sydney -> Melbourne

Surprisingly, they're calling at PSA Terminal instead of their Malaysian port -
Woah.... my head's still spinning from the tremors just now. I still can't properly tell whether the building's still trembling slightly or if it's all in my head.
I guess it doesn't help that I live on the 19th floor... a HDB block is essentially a vertically-mounted cantilever beam which has greater oscillations at the free end.
And the fact that I live in Marine Parade doesn't help either.... I think the soil that makes up reclaimed land is less stable.

Actually they've been moving routes out from Malaysia to Singapore... One more changes is coming next month... Making all Mid East -> Asia routes all transhipment to be made in Singapore -
this time, my neighbour felt tremors ( @ Serangoon ) and I am not at home then...
no chance to experience one...
even in Taiwan, it was quite bad tremors. Me and my room mate were busy chatting that we din even notice, until i wonder why the water in the bottle shaking..

during the 2nd tremor, i was in a bus, fell asleep...so dun feel anything..
my mom told me that she felt the chair (a sturdy wood chair) vibrated, she was surprised...she said "it was a very special feeling"...wah lao...mom ah... -

I first experienced an earthquake while visiting one of my sisters in California back in the late 90s. It was only a minor tremor but unnerving nonetheless, as you didn't know if it was merely a precursor to a more catastrophic event. Kinda like encountering moderate turbulence on a flight and hoping the bottom doesn't drop out from under you the next second.... -
Singapore only kana tremors. I already felt sad for those who may be hurt at Indonesia...
now fearing Tsunami may hit them...
(oh no...i was talking about tsunami at Phuket with my colleagues this afternoon...cross my fingers...choy choy).. -
