ps: my personal encounters with its customer service had proven otherwise.
I had worked in customer svc before and know all about nasty customers, so I would never want to be an unreasonable customer if I can help it. And I was not un-nice to them...I'd even overlook their mistakes the first couple of times...until it got too much. The lower level staff weren't unhelpful but their system is a joke. The worst was their manager - he was not nice, nor helpful, and even passed sacarstic remarks.Originally posted by the Bear:actually, i was nice to the customer service and they went out of their way to help me
they even did a line check for me and called me back to tell me the line was okay (one time) and then helped me do the proper connection.. something about windoze being buggy.. they helped me fix that..
then another time, they did the line check and found that the cables to some routing station were damaged causing the slowdown.. and they called me a day later to tell me that the cables were mended and my connection was back to normal again..
all ya gotta do is to be nice to the helpdesk people.. because they get abused often, you be nice to them, they are very helpful to you
as for their senior management, as with most senior managements, they have their heads crammed up their ass
As long as you call them before midnight they are there to help youOriginally posted by stellazio:i thought singnet customer service operates from 9-6 only?
erhh...that's MIA izzit? even for one day?Originally posted by the Bear:i think if i did turn up for all 19 days, my boss will be freaking out as it'll be breaking labour laws

The bad advice thing is still happening....Originally posted by the Bear:aiyah.. poor you.. kena the bad seeds
maybe i was lucky?
that being said, their customer service in the past was worse than useless
still angry about them not knowing their own product and causing me to buy a bad product because of their advice
