Go grab a videocam and record your feasting. I'm sure the boss / owner will come over and kinda ask what's up so you tell them something like,
"Oh! I'm starting a food blog featuring the best eating places and makan hot spots in Singapore!"
And then, I'm sure you'll get special treatment and discounts and what-not!
