  someone at work is going to die ugly..
  
  there was an internal audit and there was no non-compliance found... at all..
  
  suddenly, in a report which is going to be presented to the top, there are a bunch of non-existent non-compliances listed...
  
  the bosses are doing their due diligence by trying to find the writer of the report but he can't be found.. the stuff written in it is pure rubbish... and if it is to be presented, it will be challenged by the bosses.. and what's more, the documentation is all there

  the guy who compiled the report is dumb... the guy who wrote that part.. i dunno...
  
  the stupid thing is that the cross-audit results and reports have always been circulated for factual confirmation before sending it to the top... this time, it was not done...
  
  so, today i come back from my ICT and the division boss asks me about this.. it's also the first time i see it.. i said 'huh? nothing of this sort was said at all'
  
  then the other section person comes and asks me what's going on because her side also kena something like this.. i said that maybe the guy who wrote this was on drugs.. the division boss asks us to find out.. we can't find the guy.. it gets escalated to the section bosses who are also trying to find the guy but cannot...
  
  division boss will go kick up a stink at the big meeting if it there is no change..
