Punching a bus captain while in school uniform while in front of many witnesses is plain stupidity.
I can't stand the attitude of the school administration, either... in their words, 'HCI is working closely with his parents to help him manage his current emotions to overcome this difficult period.'
Difficult period my ass.... if he's in deep sh*t, it's because he brought it upon himself. It's almost as if they're treating him as the victim in all this.

i think we're mollycoddling the "elite"
btw, i've had hugeass arguments with the bosses about these things also.. i refused to give them preferential treatment saying that they should expect nothing else being that fricken 'elite' and if they insist, and we capitulate, it would be disgraceful for both them and us... -

My principal back in the first two years of my sec school life was an iron lady... if she were a man, she'd definitely have two huge brass ones. She ordered caning for several students in front of the whole school for a lot less than this.
She was tough, but damn, discipline was good.
Then she was replaced by a softie pushover... and my school's discipline record went down the gutter. -

And he can't even apologise properly and came up with some c*ck and bull story about how it was just 'a misunderstanding' and how he had accidentally hit the driver when he flayed his arms.
In short, he's contradicting the testimony of several witnesses who actually had to physically restrain him from hitting the bus captain.
No balls to admit his own mistakes, even. -
just occured to me:
if the driver had retaliated and reduce the punk to a pulp,
the punk'd have gotten away scott free while the driver will kena loss of job, jail, and fine.
so its a good thing he did not retaliate. -
