as your beer gets colder, it can handle more gas dissolved in it...
a vortex is gentle as opposed to the violent shaking which will cause the gases to be thrown out..

kampong chicken is yukky.. the meat is too tough and there's not enough fat..

I've been to Auntie Kim's way back when I was still living in that area. It was good, but can't determine if it was great. Korean BBQ food is pretty standard , marinate well and all BBQ meat tastes the same So that's the case with Auntie Kim's.
But I remember the food was supposed to be quite authentic and we had a few interesting dishes other than the usual BBQ, one of them being a pancake of sorts.
Because Korean food is so "standard", have to say I only eat it occassionally. Japanese food on the other hand has more variety.
Speaking of cheap Korean restaurant , there is a popular one in Excelsior Hotel called Awon, which has good credit card discounts on top of its already decent prices. My friend's been there and she says food is decent.
