  it's for a meeting which i refused to attend and went for another meeting where they had a blamestorming session instead
  
  i guess putting it out in Excel could be a way of being "innovative" as it is some kind of "innovation committee"
  
  or it could just be a cry for help....
  
  but i'm sticking to the "stupidity" explanation
