my boss is a micromanager!
the script, i know must be re-written.. but why the hell should she go nitpick on everything knowing that it will be re-written and nothing will be the same anyway.. why correct what will be changed??
worse, she doesn't want me to tell them exactly what we want.. i know what i want from the bloody video but the boss seems adamant to let the vendor blunder around in the dark
oh well... i'm going to have to manage this -

As it turns out, I had accidentally left behind my pencil case in the engineering workshop last Friday.
I only realised it last night when I was trying to tackle my tutorials and couldn't find my pencil case anywhere.
I rushed down to the workshop first thing this morning and couldn't find it anywhere. The techs hadn't noticed a pencil case lying around, either.
Oh well, looks like I'll have to buy a whole new set of stationery... I'm talking about $20 down the drain...

$20 worth of writing stuff!
i've got pencils.. wooden types.. disposable pens, about 6 of them... a couple of markers stolen from work... $3 pencil case
(okay.. i'm a cheapo ) -
there's only 1 pen, 1 pencil, 1 blanco and a eraser in my case.
its my financial calculator that i;m worried about. -
2x Pilot G2 pens - $2.20 each.
2x Pilot G2 refills - $1.10 each
2x mechanical pencils - $2 each.
1x retractable eraser - $1.50
1x correction fluid - $2.50
1x mechanical compass - $3
4x Stabilo highlighters - $1.50 each
1x whiteboard marker - $1.50
Pencil case - $3
You do the math. I think it all adds up to over $20.
On the bright side of things, I had placed my thumb drive in my backpack instead of my pencil case as I normally do... it would have been far, far worse to lose that as well. -

mine was 1 pen 1 pencil 1 ruler 1 retractable eraser in my pocket/bag when i was in school
at home i have at least 15 pens, 2 liquid paper, 3 retractable eraser of different design, 3 refill eraser, 2 long rulers
n 1 big bag tt cost 2 buckz from 77th street -
Arrrgh.... $20 is something like my lunch budget for a full week.
Oh well... no point crying over spilt milk. I guess I'll just have to head down to the Co-op once my lessons are over later at 4.

the library lost and found has many stationeries.. just go there and ask for the popular brands of stationeries like pilot etc and you should be able to claim there..anyway, don't really need to feel guilty bout it, cause nobody will bother to go reclaim them.. according to my aunt who is a librarian.
