it's so bad i'd laugh but it's my project so i want to cry

my back hurts like hell
esp when i run my hand up n down my spine
omg...and im so....YOUNG
my mom is like...10000000000000 time more flexible than me... -
go with her to her Pilates classes
i will start to do flexibility exercises soon too.. my back and shoulders are killing me.. -

U know i had this colleague. One day she felt extreme acute pains on her back and extremities. So she went to her GP for advice. After a long Q&A session, she told her to remove her shoes. Then she found out that there was this exposed nail.
Turns out that when she visited the cobbler, he didnt do a good job of patching up the shoe and when she stands on it for long hrs, the blunt impact of the sole hits on a particular pressure point, causing the interruption of the blood flow....

in other news, my colleague is grappling with some asswipe in another agency... we're making a standing sign.. so out of professional courtesy, we invited that agency saying "hey.. we're putting up something to help you guys with informing the public"
the asswipe starts dictating terms.. the worst is that we engaged a vendor who have good professional graphic designers on their staff and gave us a damned good design... the asswipes in the agency demand (not request but DEMAND) that their bloody UGLY sign with bloody powerpoint type clipart, be used instead...
strange.. we come out with the sign, we bloody pay for the sign, we pay for the design, everything! and the asswipes want to dictate terms!
i would just say to them "fine.. you want to dictate terms, we remove your panel.. you can dictate terms if you pay for 1/3 of the costs.. because your panel takes up 1/3 the space of the sign" -

strange thing is all other agencies are bloody happy that we're doing something and are going out of their way to help us.. except THIS one
