I think the pain threshold thing is scientifically proven , but never underestimate the power of mind over matter... I mean I see guys go for jogs and runs and it's just too paaainful to me
As for the jogging mah... Its preparedness in the body and mind. You may think its painful, but its your mind not prepared for it and no reason for adrenaline to be pumped for that. Imagine a tornado comes near you, would you not be compelled to run and run and run? By then you will be amazed how well you can run given the "pushing" circumstances. -

body scrub. like facial scrub but more "rough" stuff. usually i use hands to apply scrub then massage in circular motion. ohh before that u can coat hair with hair mask & put in shower cap and/or put on face mask. liddat can save you 30mins in the shower -

at most i use something similar to facial scrub, they have microbeads in them
as for other stuff, i am using VS for shampoo, VS again for conditioner, nugeno for exfoliating, facelift, youth essence, then still got liquid soap, facial wash etc etc etc -
