  The procedure that I follow for taking pics during outings is as follows:
  
  1. I take the pics.
  
  2. I zip the pics and upload them to a filehosting website.
  
  3. I send the link to the zip file via PM to all attendees.
  
  Of course it would depend on whether you trust everyone on the attendance list to not distribute the pics.
  
  So... is that arrangement ok with you?
