not really vitamins and such no harm, by normal eating standards you may not get all the vitamins that you need unless you really have a controlled and balanced diet.Originally posted by the Bear:so what's the point of supplements?
they're there to lull people into a false sense of security..
just like a friend of mine who thinks he can lose weight by eating healthy food.. but he eats a ton of the stuff and gains more weight...
know what you eat, eat right and there is absolutely no need for supplements...
unless you are going to be a highly tuned athlete, or there is a deficiency due to health factors, there is never a need for dietary supplements..
which shinta dun haveOriginally posted by hisoka:not really vitamins and such no harm, by normal eating standards you may not get all the vitamins that you need unless you really have a controlled and balanced diet.
Actually I think unless you move from no exercise to intense exercise the drop in the immune system will not be significant.Originally posted by shinta:actually i was more concerned about the drop in immune system..

Just make sure it is gradual - and ur body will not be over-fatigue. As for the general eating well, and getting enough sleep - keep to it and I'm sure u will be fine

You must be very serious about it and disciplined if u really want to do it, at least for health's sake. It can be done, of course. And u can't run away from exercising and changing the way you eat, if u want to maintain the weight loss. *ahem...speaking from experience).
I go eat lunch ....cya later.

kkz thankzOriginally posted by TehJarVu:i got my Echinacea at 20% off from Gaurdian yesterday
normal price $37.30 after 20% is $29.85
brand is GreenLife - promotion until 16 Jan
Echinacea is supposed to boost immunity
but don't get the one with Zinc, because Zinc promotes appetite so you may gain weight after taking
get the one which is purely Echinacea (capsules)
