Its was the earlier drilling and filling of that airbubble tooth that was painful. They had to dig out my nerves cos my nerves was dying and reacting badly to the air bubble pressures.

I was Argh Argh Arghing away while they were still digging for the nerves.....You can see the chief Dentist sweating profusely...and I was writhing at the chair, so they need 2 nurses to hold my hand down. I was really trying not to writhe.

If u don't brush ur gums properly, it will get infected, causing ur gums to 'sink'. U will notice the gaps between ur teeth gets wider/ur gums bleed or swell easily or ur tooth becomes shaky.
Juz remember, at least half of ur toothbrush bristles should touch/sweep ur gums when u brush up/downwards.
